MASECOR, S.L. was founded more than 25 years ago.  From the start of the company, our activity has been centred on collecting and recycling of all waste and by-products derived from wood and vegetables.

We have established two very distinct lines of work. On one hand, we have developed a range of products devoted to GARDENING AND THE ENVIRONMENT (Substrates and Fertilizers for professionals and gardening in general, Pine bark for decoration, Natural stones, etc). On the other hand, we began working very hard in the ENERGETIC BIOMASS sector (Sawdust, Woodchip, Bark, Marc, etc.) to obtain a sufficiently wide and efficient range of products that would represent an alternative to the fossil fuels used nowadays. Currently, we manage more than 15,000 tons of waste a year, which are transformed and increased in value for marketing later.

Our production plant is located in MOTILLA DEL PALANCAR (CUENCA, SPAIN) and occupies an area of SIX HECTARES. There, all our products and processes are
looked after and carried out demonstrating, at all times, that one of our principal objectives is respect for the environment. In addition, all our process are always in compliance with current legislation. For those reasons, the surface occupied by the plant uses reinforced concrete and the main production areas are completely covered. That is where various sieves and mills are located. Furthermore, MASECOR, S.L. has warehouses, machinery and garages for external transport at our disposal.

Quality control is carried out by our Technical Department. Our Laboratory as well as giving professional advice to clients when choosing the products and substrata that best fit their needs, also offers relevant physical-chemical analysis of our products and technical data sheets related to them.

We also have our OWN LOGISTICS SERVICE and its disposal to carry out and manage the delivery of products in the most comfortable and efficient way for our
clients.

For many years, MASECOR, S.L. has been an Authorised Non-dangerous Residue Agent for five Spanish Autonomous Communities (Castilla la Mancha, C. Valenciana,  C. Madrid, C. Murcia and C. Aragón).  This, along with the CERTIFICATION OF ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT (ISO 14001:2004), shows our commitment and concern with the environment. It also implies a guarantee of future viability of our Company and for
our clients. They are the ones who really make the development of these initiatives possible, which are based on the personalised treatment that we give them and our desire to better ourselves and give our clients confidence.
