MASECOR, S.L. was founded more than 25 years ago. From the start of the company, the activity has centred on the collection and recycling of all waste and by-products derived from wood and vegetables.

Two very distinct lines of work were established; first, a range of products aimed at GARDENING AND THE ENVIRONMENT was developed (Substrata and Fertilizers for professionals and gardening in general, Pine bark for decoration, Natural stones, etc); Second, serious work began in the ENERGETIC BIOMASS sector (sawdust, woodchip, bark, marc residue) to obtain a sufficiently wide and efficient range of products that would represent an alternative to the fossil fuels used up until now. Currently, the company manages more than 15,000 t. of waste a year, which is transformed and increases in value for marketing later.

The production plant is located in Motilla del Palancar (Cuenca - Spain)and occupies an area of six hecters where all of our products and processes are looked after and cared for, always in compliance with current legislation, at all times demonstrating that one of our principal objectives is respect for the environment. For that reason, the surface occupied by the plant uses reinforced concrete and the main production area, where the various sieves and mills are located, are completely covered. Furthermore, the company has warehouses, machinery and garages for external transport at our disposal.

Quality control is carried out in the TECHNICAL DEPARTMENT and LABORATORY as well as giving out professional advice to clients in regards to choosing the products and substrata that best fit their needs and offering the relevant physical-chemical analysis and technical data sheets that go with them.

The company also has its OWN LOGISTICS SERVICE at its disposal to carry out and manage the delivery of products in the most comfortable and efficient way for its clients.

For many years, MASECOR, S.L. has been an Authorised Non-dangerous Residue Agent for five Spanish Autonomous Communities (CASTILLA LA MANCHA, C. VALENCIANA, C. MADRID, C. MURCIA and C. ARAGON). This, along with the CERTIFICATION OF ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT (ISO 14001:2004), illustrates the company’s commitment to and concern for the environment, implying a future guarantee of viability for the Company and for its customers, who are the ones who really make the development of these initiatives possible, initiatives based on personalised treatment, a desire to better ourselves and trust.
